Career Profile
Jonnada Surya Prakash has assumed charge as Director (Lift Irrigation ) of TSTRANSCO (Transmission Corporation of Telangana Ltd)., on 05-08-2015.
Born on 13th November, 1947 in Hyderabad  of undivided Andhra Pradesh (Now Telangana)
He has rich and several years varied experience in Design & Procurement of EHT Substation equipment; Maintenance of Turbines; MRT & TRE works of EHT Substations; Construction, O&M works of EHT Substations up to 400 KV level of erst while APSEB & then APTransco since the start of his career as Asst Engineer in the Department in the year 1972.
With commendable experience and good rapport with Irrigation sector, he has contributed for early completion of pending and newly launched Lift Irrigation Schemes of Telangana State namely Kalwakurthy LIS (Mahabubnagar), Bhakta Ramadasu LIS (Khammam), Sripadasagar Yellampally (Karimnagar) and AMRPLLC (Nalgonda).
