Organization Details

TSTransco has partnered with SAP India for implementation of SAP ECC 6.0, C-folders, Document Management system and BI/BOBJ Objects across the Organization covering all the Business Processes.

The implementation of the Project (named WHEEL) had commenced in the month of January 2016 and and the Project had gone live during September 2016. The philosophy of the Project is to adopt common processes that are already customized for TSGENCO and identify delta requirements for TSTRANSCO business Processes across all the functions. SAP adopted big-bang approach based on SAP's Project Methodology called ASAP. The Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology for impementation is SAP's proven, repeatable and successful project methodology for implementing & upgrading SAP solutions across industries and customer environments.
